Press Release

The Phantom's Leading Ladies have collectively starred in hundreds of musicals across the country, including nine Broadway shows , among them:  LES MISERABLES, SHOW BOAT, SINGIN’ IN THE RAIN, SUNDAY IN THE PARK WITH GEORGE and SHE LOVES ME.  Most notably, they each have played Christine Daaé in  THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA (totaling more than 4,000 performances) on Broadway and on tour.    Together and/or individually they have sung with the New York Pops, the Boston Pops, the City of London Philharmonic, the California Philharmonic, and the National, Chicago, Detroit, Utah, San Francisco, Santa Fe, Pacific, St. Louis, Seattle, and Stockton Symphonies; performing in such venues as Carnegie Hall, Radio City Music Hall and London's Royal Albert Hall.

This trio of Broadway stars sing everything from Broadway classics to the Beatles as solo artists and in distinctively intricate three-part harmony.  These ladies provide an evening of surprises and flirtatious fun with exquisite musicianship, humor and class.  Think the Three Tenors, but cooler, funnier, and they look better in cocktail dresses!

Since their debut in 2001 at a gala event at the Library of Congress, The women have performed their concerts at theatres such as the Annenberg ( Palm Springs ,CA ), the Norris ( Palos Verdes ,CA ), and the Cinegrill cabaret in Hollywood.  They have appeared in galas for Oklahoma City Repertory Theatre, A.G. Edwards and the American Heart Association, in San Francisco ’s R.E.A.F. AIDS benefits and L.A. ’s S.T.A.G.E. benefits, and on national television for the 2004 Jerry Lewis MDA Telethon – sharing the stage with Michael Feinstein, Maureen McGovern, Lucie Arnaz, Tony Danza, Jack Jones and many others.  For more information on the Ladies, visit www.ThePhantomsLeadingLadies.com.
